Privacy Policy
Last updated: 13 August 2026
Tender Moments Hebbal(“we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and other applicable Indian law.
Who we are
We are a preschool and daycare in Hebbal, Bengaluru, and act as the Data Fiduciary for the personal data collected here.
- Address: 98/1, Amruth Nagar, 84, A Sector Road, Muneshwara Block, Byatarayanapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092
- Phone: +91 70900 03535
- Email: info.hebbal@tendermomentsedu.in
What we collect
When you use our enquiry form, we collect only what you choose to share:
- Parent or guardian name
- Phone number
- Your child’s age group
- Your area or society (optional)
- The program you are interested in, a preferred visit time, when you hope to start, and the care schedule you need
- Any message you add
When you submit the enquiry form, we try to keep a copy so the team can follow up even if WhatsApp does not open. That website copy is stored only if an owner-approved enquiry store is enabled on our website host, Vercel. Until that store is approved, this website does not keep a durable copy; the form still prepares a WhatsApp message so staff can receive your enquiry. We record that you consented, the time of consent, and the privacy-policy version. With your analytics consent, Google Analytics may receive limited technical information such as your device and browser type, pages viewed, link interactions, and referral or campaign parameters (for example, how you reached this site). We do not send enquiry-form details, names, phone numbers, your area, your child’s age, preferred visit details, or your message to Google Analytics. Please see our Cookie Policy for details.
Your child’s information
As a preschool, any information about your child (such as an age group) is provided by you as the parent or lawful guardian, with your consent, only so we can suggest the right program and arrange your visit. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children, and we process a child’s data in a manner that is intended to be in the child’s best interests, as required by the DPDP Act.
Why we use your data, and our lawful basis
We use your data, based on the consent you give on the form, to:
- Respond to your enquiry and confirm a free school visit or 3-day trial
- Contact you by phone or WhatsApp about your enquiry and admissions
- Keep a record of your enquiry for follow-up
How we share it
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with trusted service providers who help us operate, under confidentiality, and only as needed. The website is hosted by Vercel. If you continue to WhatsApp, Meta provides that chat service. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety of children in our care.
How long we keep it
If a website copy is stored, we intend to keep it only as long as needed to respond and arrange a visit, and no longer than 18 months unless you enrol or the law requires a longer period. WhatsApp messages follow Meta’s own retention rules. Until a production store is approved, this website does not keep a durable copy. You can ask us to delete stored enquiry data.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including access controls, to protect your data against loss or unauthorised use. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take steps to keep your data safe.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you
- Have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated
- Ask us to erase your personal data
- Withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect prior processing)
- Nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity
- Raise a grievance and have it addressed
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
Grievance redressal
If you have any question or concern about your data, please contact our grievance contact at info.hebbal@tendermomentsedu.in or +91 70900 03535. We will respond within the timelines required under applicable law. If you are not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
